My interest in restoration started very early as my Dad had a passion for Austin Healeys. I spent many hours as a youngster following him around the garage while he pulled apart an old Healey. It seemed amazing that what appeared to be a complete wreck to me (and the neighbours!) could be transformed into a beautiful looking car again.

I was lucky enough to see this regularly at first hand, as my Dad restored 3 Frogeye Sprites and his much loved 100/6, which I only wish he still had today. A lovely car, it is still competing in historic racing to this day.
My interest grew and it was obvious to me that I would follow in my dad's footsteps and become a panel beater.
I left school, started an apprenticeship at Bamptons and never looked back. I have been working as a panel beater for 27 years and have been lucky enough to work alongside some very skilled people. I have expanded my knowledge because I am always open to learn new skills.

I have worked for many prestige repairers in Wiltshire on a range of vehicles including Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, VW, Audi, Lotus and many others, and I have also restored various classic cars within those companies over the years. However, much as I love working on old cars my personal passion is 2 wheels! My dream bike would be an MV Augusta.

I have recently bought an old twin-shock Bultaco Sherpa to restore and I can't wait to get started, much to my wife's dismay! So in my spare time I like to ride and restore motorcycles, as well as spending quality time with my wife, two children and Sidney (our mad Springer Spaniel).
