Lancia 'Fuorilegge' turns heads at Salon Prive'

Posted on 14 September 2015

The recently completed Lancia Aurelia B20GT 'Fuorilegge' ('Outlaw' in Italian) was unveiled to the public for the first time at Salon Prive', the prestigious concours and supercar event held at Blenheim Palace. Taking pride of place on our stand, it drew many interested admirers and was highly praised for its beautiful lines, stunning detailing and overall 'wow' factor. Many wanted to vote it 'Best Car in Show' even though it wasn't eligible due to it not being entered in the concours competition.

Comment by Giovanni de Virgilio, son of Francesco de Virgilio who designed the Aurelia V6 engine, and was a close friend of the Lancia family:

"In summary it's a very purposeful and realistic car that Gianni Lancia could have built for a friend"

The accompanying article, written by Jonathan Moore, who has become a total Lancia convert and shares our deep passion for the marque, illustrates what makes Lancia so special, and why this particular Aurelia is truly outstanding.
