Two “new” cars for sale, more on the way. And an 8C Alfa arrives.

Posted on 28 March 2013

Well it’s been a very busy few weeks here and it is not looking like it will slow down…

Cars are arriving regularly so keep an eye on the website for new gallery and project cars, not to mention sales cars. Two very exciting new additions to the workshop floor have arrived in the past two weeks.

One is a genuine long-chassis Alfa-Romeo 8C 2300 “Le Mans” which you can check out in our gallery section. We’ll be preparing the car for the Mille Miglia in May this year and Wayne and Paul will be going as the support crew.

Also arrived is a significant AC Cobra 289 Competition that was once used by Gentleman Jack Sears when his car had failed in practice. The car has an impeccable provenance and we’ll be preparing this car for a number of events this year including the Silverstone Classic. You’ll also find this in our Gallery section. If you have a spare ten minutes do also check out this youtube clip and towards the end, turn the volume up!

On the sales side two cars have arrive from overseas and are now in our Market Place section. One is a delightfully original Lagonda 2-Litre Tourer with an interesting ownership history and the other a Vauxhall 14/40hp Tourer. Click here to view them.

The restorations continue and we will find some time in April to update the current projects section. There will also be more cars arriving in the next two weeks and we’ll also be putting some really exciting news on the website at the beginning of April - so do (as they say) watch this space!
